James Lawless took the majority of his vote along the N7 (Naas 24%, Caragh 34%, Sallins 30%, Kill 25%) although he also polled well in rural areas along the M4.

Aidan Farrelly’s Social Democrat vote is a tale of two bases – his own personal base in Prosperous (34%) and Clane (21%) joined by the vote Catherine Murphy helped deliver in Celbridge (16%) and Leixlip (17%)

Reada Cronin’s vote was more geographically diffuse – she polled 9% in her town of Maynooth, but 13% in Celbridge and 16% in Kilcock.

Naoise O’Cearuil’s vote was strongly based along the urban N4 corridor – 28% in Maynooth, 15% in Kilcock and14% in Celbridge.

Joe Neville’s strategy was Leixlip-or-Bust. Well, nearly. He got 33% in Leixlip, and also 12% in Celbridge just across the M4.
